hi doc.i just want to ask about my dog.my dog have a tapeworm what is the best can i do?is there are medicine for them,, Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 7 months and 3 days old | 89 lbs

Dogs get tapeworms from ingesting a flea (usually because they are chewing the skin because of the flea). So there are two steps to treat tapeworms: 1) a dewormer to kill the tapeworm and 2) flea prevention to prevent further infestation. Both of these treatments can be purchased from your veterinarian.
