My dog has white chalky poop and isn't eating. What should I do?

My dog has been passing a soft white chalky like stool. I caught her a few days ago eating my cat's food. But I'm not sure if it's the cat food or the brand of dog food i changed her to, but I'm very concern about her because she is not eating drinking or interacting like she use to.
