My dog had a bladder stone removed on Tuesday. It was about 2cm in diameter and 5 or 6mm thick and was very rough in texture and was getting jammed in the neck of her bladder causing her the urge to pee frequently once she started. Eg holds bladder for several hours, then on a walk she will be fine but as soon as she has one pee she needs to pee again every 10 meters or so. Now it is Saturday and I took her for a brief walk and she is having the same symptoms now. Is this just part of recovery?

She may still have some bladder inflammation that is causing her symptoms and it is not necessarily unusual to see these symptoms post-op. I would let your vet know that this is happening - they might want to check her bladder or urine or prescribe an anti-inflammatory to help.
