Why does my puppy have diarrhea, bloody stool, worms, swollen anus?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 3 lbs

We bought a 3 month old mini pin he's had his first deworming from tractor supply from previous owners they were also feeding him human food he has diarrhea and blood in stool also dead worms but seems to be constipated and his anal area is swollen....what could be wrong

Oh my. Constipation is not likely the cause for him straining, he likely has colitis (inflamed colon) which is likely due to the intestinal parasites (worms). I would highly recommend taking Fred Rick Owens to your vet right away to check his stool and ensure he had the appropriate dewormer. He also sounds like he needs a short course of antibiotics to help resolve his colitis. I would also consider a probiotic to hep restore his good gut flora.
