My dog's spay incision is open after licking. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 5 months old | 8 lbs

Hi, I got my 4 year old dog spayed exactly a week ago and today she managed to lick the incision. i Noticed that the incision is open a bit and I can see pink. What should I do? In so posts I see that it can be normal. Thank you.

Thank you for posting the picture, it really helps with my answer! This does need to be seen by a vet, having this much open isn't normal. Please take Bella into the vet first thing in the morning to have this repaired. Best of luck.
