Cruz drips urine sometimes less than 2 hrs after a walk (1 hr walk). He doesn't seem 2 be drinking a lot. I've had a urine screen done & the only thing found was a staph bacteria that the vet said could have just been due to the collection method (free flow). He was put on antibiotics, but nothing changed. This has been going on for maybe a couple years now. No other symptoms/issues. Could this be incontinence (if so, what can I do for this)? Or do you think something else could be going on?

This could be a sign of urinary incontinence although it is a bit odd that it seems to happen only after a walk - usually dogs with incontinence will leak urine at various times through the day, especially when they are lying down. A urinary tract infection, bladder stones, kidney disease or other diseases that might cause dilute urine would also be possible. I'd recommend rechecking with your vet and seeing what they would recommend as the next step. They might want to recheck a urine sample (this time they may want to put a small needle into the bladder to get a clean sample), or they might recommend blood work or x-rays.
