My dog is suddenly scared, shaking, and clingy. What can I do?

My dog pants in our faces scratches us and escapea the yard. Some days she is fine other days she freaks out and wont leave my side shaking and just acting scared. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 35 lbs

Poor Cali. It sounds like she has some serious anxiety. I would try getting her started on a calming chew like composure or the prescription version, composure pro. You can also add in a calming collar like adaptil. They even make essential oils for dogs that help with anxiety. See link below.
