My puppy vomited a worm after deworming pill. What should I do?

My 6-month old puppy has vomited an hour and a half after taking a worming tablet. And there was what I assume to be a worm in it (looked the colour and shape of a short noodle). What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 30 days old | 13 lbs

Keep an eye on Betty for now. Feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts a few times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If she continues to vomit, take her into the vet. Best of luck.
