My dog vomited, now he's panting and crying. Should I go to ER?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 6 years and 11 months old | 88 lbs

Hi my dog vomited several times yesterday I took him to the vets and they said he had a very slight temp but ok apart from that, gave him a jab to calm stomach then said bring back if not ok within 24 hrs . He is now panting a lot an now crying

Poor Major! He could be panting because he has a higher temperature or he may be in pain. The crying could be due to pain as well. It might be best to not wait until morning to have him seen, I think taking him into an ER vet now is a good idea. Best of luck.
