My 3-month puppy pees everywhere & wets bed. Is this normal?

I have a 3month old puppy and he was learning how to pee in the training pads but now he does it all over and it’s the second time he peed while he is sleeping, it’s this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 27 days old | 15 lbs

It could be that he isn't getting taken out often enough (a 3 month old puppy should go outside to potty every 1-2 hours and 1-2 times per night). You may also want to make sure he is kept in an area such as a kitchen or laundry room until he can hold it a bit better as giving him full run of the house is likely to just confuse him and lead to accidents. If the strange urinary behavior continues, or he seems to be showing any signs of illness with it, a vet checkup to rule out any health issues is always a good idea.
