Try to find ut what food your puppy was fed and slowly transition to a new, better food by adding a little more of the new food to the old food every day until the old food is replaced with the new. Get a puppy wormer and worm your puppy exactly according to the instructions on the label of the wormer. If your puppy is lethargic, starts to vomit or is not eating, it must be seen by a veterinarian right away as it may have a parvo or distemper infection.
