Why is my dog's stomach hard and bloated but she seems fine?

My dog (Nyx) is three and a half year old Minature Pinscher (possible chihuahua mix). Today she randomly got this hard and bloated stomach? It's her entire abdomen. She isn't in any noticable pain (I can push on it), shes running around and playing with the cats--she's acting completely normal. Her stomach is just hard and distended/bloated. Any ideas?

Hopefully it's nothing. If she ate something she shouldn't have, has excessive gas/diarrhea or ate a large meal, you could see this. I advise to keep a very close eye on her. Watch for any signs of illness or discomfort and if these are seen, I recommend to get her into the veterinarian asap as a hard stomach can be an indicator of serious GI issues.
