Dog snorting, reverse sneezing, nose discharge. Could it be grass?

Hello, while walking at the park, he inhaled something while sniffing the grass and this causes him to make snorting noises for a bit before continuing the walk. At home after the walk, he reverse sneezes(his nose kept sucking up air instead of sneezing) a few times after a few hours from the evening walk. After about a day, his nose starts to excrete a clear fluid (maybe I didn't notice it earlier). Is there something grassy stuck in his nose? Other than that, he eats well and is not weak.

It's certainly possible - reverse sneezing along with nasal discharge can be caused by nasal foreign material. An upper respiratory infection might be another possibility. If the symptoms continue I'd recommend seeing your vet. Unfortunately it can be difficult to find foreign material in the nasal cavity - your vet might recommend sedation and either a nasal flush or scoping if they are suspicious that grass might be in the nose.
