Should i be concerned if my puppy is vomiting 4 times this morning? He is 3 months old and he started vomiting brown (his food) and then white/slimy. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 3 months and 12 days old

I would be concerned with that much vomiting. If it's only happened once you can try picking up his food and offering a bland diet of some boiled rice and chicken, however, very young puppies can quickly become dehydrated, so if he's unable to keep anything down at all, seeking vet care is best. Watching out for other symptoms such as blood in the vomit, continued vomiting, bloody diarrhea, lethargy, tender abdomen, etc warrant care ASAP.
