My dog has black dots around his penis and i dont know if they are meant to be there? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male

That is nothing serious and is usually due to the presence of comedones (blackheads). It is not usually related to any disease itself. Usually normal cleaning and any product with Benzoyl peroxide inside can get easily get rid of them (it is not necessary though).
