My 2-year-old female dog hasn't had her first heat. What should I do?

My 2 year old female Indian spitz(still not sure about this) is still not showing any sign of having an estrus cylcle. What may be the reason and how could this be solved? Thankyou. Pet's info: Dog | Spitz | Female | unspayed | 2 years old

She may have one heat cycle per year and probably the first one she had was showing few signs or none (it is fairly common in young females).
