How can I help my puppy with a worsening rash and constant licking?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | 8 months and 14 days old

My puppy mack for bout the last week now he has had a rash all over his belly, I have changed his food diet etc, but it's just getting worse. It's starting to speed up his legs and is inbetween his toes too he is constantly licking at it and biting it I am currently homeless I'm sleeping in a tent, his been camping with my partner and I since he was 5 weeks old has never had problem I don't have the money to take him to the vet He is 100% up to date with all of his vaccines. I want to help him

Poor guy! It looks like he could have a skin infection and/or an allergic dermatitis. His skin is very red an inflamed so the best thing would be to have a vet examine him to determine the cause and treat. He may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, and a corticosteroid to help treat. If you can't afford to have him treated by a vet then you could bathe him with a dog shampoo, like EpiSoothe or HyLyt and see if that helps at all. Hope he gets better soon!
