My budgie is lazy, tail bobbing when breathing. Is she sick?

One of my budgie appears to be lazy (not so active)... i can see her tail moving when she breathes... though she eats n drinks water i can sense she is not feeling well. Kindly help. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Unfortunately, those are general signs of illness. It would be best to bring Kiti to a local vet for an exam if she continues to show signs of illness, so that the cause can be narrowed down and treated. Be sure to note any other signs you see such as changes in eating habits, stool, etc. If she is housed with other birds, moving her to a hospital cage that is kept warm, quiet and with easy access to food and water may help, however vet care is best if you are seeing signs of illness.
