Three months is awfully young to be showing aggression toward another dog. That said, slow introductions are best to help socialize both dogs. You can do this by having short, monitored introductions, letting the dogs sniff each other and interact some, and in an environment that doesn't have bedding, toys, etc that may be fought over. If the dogs begin to play or wrestle, that is normal behavior and not aggression, however if you are seeing signs such as hackling, snarling, stiff bodies, etc, then that is a sign that one or both dogs are uncomfortable and they should be separated until both are calm. Once calm you can then try another round of introductions.
