Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 40 lbs
My dog has been vomiting either every (or every other) night this week. It looks a little green and almost consists of only spit (looks like it Atleast!). We changed her food about a month ago and she was eating VERY slowly. Our trainer suggested that we add some wet food to see if she is just picky or is sick. It worked and she eats it all now! However, about a week after starting this she began the midnight vomiting!

Is she eating once a day or twice a day? If it is once a day then split the meal into two different meals. I would also recommend trying to wean her off of the wet food. If the vomiting started after starting her on it, that may be the cause. I would then talk to your veterinarian about an antacid for her. If you do all of this and she is still vomiting or the vomiting starts to get worse then I recommend following up with your veterinarian for diagnostics. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
