My cat has a neck scab. We took the collar off, but it's not healing.

My cat Wally has a scab on the back of his neck. We thought it was from his collar so we took that off. But it hasn’t really gotten any better? Any advice? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male

Poor Wally! If it isn't getting better, I'd have him seen by a vet. It may be the area is infected, and he would need oral antibiotics to treat it so it can heal. I'd take him into a vet this weekend. Best of luck.
