My cat is losing his hair very lethargic very skinny but eat and drinks constantly watery feces no sign of worms

Thank you for submitting your question regarding your cat. I recommend that you see your veterinarian. Blood work and a urine sample may be necessary to determine the cause of the symptoms you have described. A thyroid disorder, for example, can cause an increase in metabolism. This results in weight loss despite a good appetite. There are other conditions such as kidney disease, diabetes or parasites depending on your cat's age and lifestyle. You do not need to visibly see worms in the stool for a cat to be infected. I hope this information helps!
