My dog has lumps and red discharge from her nipples. What's wrong?

My wolf dog is 7 she has had two heats with me i got her a yr ago she has these balls throw her body and now red like puss is coming for all of nipples

Unfortunately, the pictures are not clear so I cannot give you details on what it looks like and the videos do not work on this forum. It sounds like she could have an infection in her mammary tissues or possibly some other type of infection. I would strongly recommend to have her seen by your vet as she likely needs antibiotics to prevent her from becoming septic. I hope this helps!
