My puppy twitches and jolts in sleep. Is this normal or a seizure?

We just got Meka a few days ago, she's about 11 weeks and every night in her sleep (and omly in her sleep) she starts to twitch and jolt. We looked up what it could possibly be. We made sure she wasn't cold and that if we call her name she wakes up and responds (she's still learning her name as well so sometimes we gently wake her up. She's not aggressive and show's no sign of aggression when we wake her up. She just wants to cuddle again). We were wondering what could possibly be the real reaso

It sounds to me like Meka is dreaming - many dogs twitch and even vocalize during REM sleep. If you were unable to wake her I would be concerned about the potential for a seizure but if she wakes up normally it’s most likely normal behavior.
