My cat is constipated. How long does it take for Miralax to work?

My cat hasn’t pooped in 2 days at first she wouldn’t eat, but now she isn’t drinking water and eating a little more.. she’s peeing also. I gave 1/4 tsp of Miralax with water and wet food. How long till I have results. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 20 lbs

Hello. Generally, you give the 1/4 tsp every 12 hours until a soft, manageable stool is produced. As long as she is eating, I would give this another 48 hours to see if she produces a stool.
