Dog peeing blood, pale gums, won't eat. Should I go to emergency vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 9 years and 1 month old | 14 lbs

My dog is peeing blood gums are pale cant stand on his front legs to long (paralyzed in his back legs) he wont eat only will drink. Can't get to a vet till tomorrow this been going on since Saturday. I included a picture of his diaper were u can see he's peeing blood

I am very sorry to hear about your dog. I would advise bringing him in to the vet immediately with these symptoms, especially if they have been going on since Saturday! If your vet cannot fit you in I would go to another vet or an emergency vet. If your dog is anemic and worsening then delaying examination could be detrimental.
