If she has been in active labor with a baby stuck for several hours it would be best to seek emergency veterinary care immediately It is possible this is a stuck kitten that has passed away or is unable to exit the birth canal and can be deadly if left untreated to both mom and the remaining kittens. Seeking veterinary care is best to make sure it can be safely removed and any remaining kittens delivered.
