Why is my dog lethargic, won't eat, and has bloody black diarrhea?

Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | spayed | 14 years and 4 months old | 9 lbs

My dog has diarrhoea (black)with blood. Won’t eat very lithargic and shakes a lot

Bloody diarrhea and lethargy can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. Shaking can be a sign of discomfort. I recommend that you have Poppy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea depending on the results. Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
