My dog has diarrhoea (black)with blood. Won’t eat very lithargic and shakes a lot. Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | spayed | 14 years and 4 months old | 9 lbs

Bloody diarrhea and lethargy can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. Shaking can be a sign of discomfort. I recommend that you have Poppy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
