Why is my cat vomiting, not eating, and chewing household items?

I was wondering, I have a 3-year old female calico, and lately she has been puking quite often. She also dosen't eat much of her cat food, she eats some but not much. Also she can tend chew on some small household objects which I do realize could be one of the reasons she is puking so much. Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 4 months old
