Why does my dog have a bump on his eyelid after hitting his head?

Hi! My dog has a bump on his eyelid. He did jump up yesterday and knock his head on something I was holding but not sure if that could cause this (or even if he hit his eye). It doesn’t appear to be bothering him at all, I can touch it with no reaction. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 18 lbs

I would recommend you continue to monitor him closely for now.
