This can be a common problem. Make sure he is up to date on his deworming treatments, as intestinal worms can lead to poop eating. Also make sure he is eating a high quality puppy food. Nutritional deficiencies can be a cause of poop eating. To keep him from doing it, pick up the poop right after he goes so he has no access to it. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

It's a very gross thing when dogs eat their poop, but it is common. First thing to do is make sure Romeo is up to date with his deworming treatments. Dogs who have worms often eat their own feces. Also be sure to feed him a high quality puppy formulated food. Dogs with nutritional deficiencies will eat their feces. I'm not sure what remedies you have used to try to stop him from eating his feces, but the best thing you can do is pick up any fecal matter as soon as he goes potty. This will completely prevent him from having access to it to eat it. Good luck, I hope this helps!
