What's this painful growth on my rescued dog's paw? How to treat?

I want to know if there is a cream or pills... Or something else to make this go away.. I rescued this little dog... And dont know what this is. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1lb

It looks like they may be corns on the paw pads, they are very common in greyhounds. The only way to make them go away is to have a vet sedate her and remove them by shelling them out.
