My puppy has bumps on his skin, face, and legs. What could it be?

I took my puppies a bath and realized pickle had noticeable bumps on his skin, he is the only one out of nine that has this, they’re mostly on his face and legs but there are some spread throughout his body. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 3 days old

I recommend that you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to diagnose what is going on with him so that therapy can be started. Good luck!
