Why does my dog have a bald spot on her leg but isn't scratching?

My dog has a bald spot on her right thigh. She doesnt scratch it or anything I'm just concerned about it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 11 months and 19 days old

It is difficult to tell from just the picture, but this could be a scar. If the skin looks smoothe and shiny, then it is likely a scar. From the picture, the skin doesn't look red, irritated, or infected. If she isn't bothered by it and it isn't inflamed, then I would continue to watch it. If the area of hairloss gets larger, becomes red, or starts to bother her, I would have a vet take a look at her. They may do some diagnostics to ensure there isn't any problem that needs to be treated. I hope this helps!
