Why is my puppy not eating, throwing up, not pooping, and lethargic?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 15 days old

My dog is about 8 months she not eating but is drinking water only pee not pooping she did have diarrhea but now is not pooping at all. She gets up and walks around wags tail look up when i call but she isnt playful anymore.. she only wants to be under my bed untill shes ready to go per or drink water i tryed feeding her but she just throw it up like 5 mins after feeding her whats wrong with her should i give her time.?

Not eating, and throwing up food shortly after eating and no stool elimination are all very concerning and actually could point to to your puppy possibly suffering from a gastric or intestinal obstruction. Rose could also be suffering from a gastrointestinal infection. As an obstruction is a very serious problem and can only be diagnosed with a hands-on exam, I strongly recommend you take her to your vet for an exam, preferably today. Your veterinarian may want to take x-rays to locate an obstruction or rule out this problem and discuss treatment options with you.

    It sounds as your puppy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
