My cat's feline acne isn't improving. Could it be something else?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | 2 years and 5 months old

I asked u guys what this was and yall said that it was feline acne and to put some stuff on it. I did it and it didnt do anything.. I dont think that its feline acne but maybe something else.. any help?

It does look like feline acne, however this one may be caused by a bacterium that may need specific antibiotic treatment. Unfortunately there is no way to diagnose this over the internet and you will need to take your cat to a veterinarian for an exam and possibly a bacterial culture to determine which antibiotic is suitable to treat this. I suggest you make an appointment with your veterinarian for a hands-on exam.
