My lovebird is inactive, sleepy, and breathing hard. Is he sick?

Pet's info: Bird | Lovebird | Male | neutered | 9 days old | 200 lbs

Hi my love bird was been very inactive and his chest had been thrusting while breathing. And has been very sleepy. May I know if this is a sickness? ( green bird )

Those are all very common signs of general illness in birds, so if the behavior continues or has been ongoing, it would be best to bring Grassy to your vet for an exam. In the meanwhile, keeping him in a warm hospital cage away from other birds and with easy access to food and water may help keep him comfortable.
