My cat is unwell and vomiting after a bath. Did he swallow shampoo?

Question

I showered my cat and now hes feeling unwell. He looks like he wants to vomit and hes not answering me. I think he swallowed shampoo water and thats why he's feeling sick. He's sitting verg close to me right now and he usually doesnt do that. Any helpppp. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 10 months old

This may be due to stress, and perhaps swallowing some soapy water. I would wrap him in a warm towel just out of the dryer, and let him snuggle with you. Once he relaxes and calms down I expect him to feel better in a few hours. If he stops eating or drinking or starts with a lot of vomiting then please bring him right in for an exam and treatment.
