New kitten won't use litter box: Why isn't she going to the bathroom?

Hey my name is Katherine, and I just adopted a kitty today. But I am just worried because she has not used the bathroom all day. I have tried to get her comfortable with the litter but she just jumps out. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 6 days old | 2 lbs

Give her time , make sure she knows where the litter box is, preferably confine her to a room so she does not have to run far when the urge hits. She will probably do her business when it is quiet in the house and she feels safe. The new home is scary at this time as there are new people, new smells, a new place.and she misses the security of being with her mommy and siblings.
