Why is my dog shivering, panting, wincing, and has a hard stomach?

Hello, as of about ten minutes ago my dog started to shiver & pant non stop. she also is wincing and tense at some moments and her stomach is hard. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 6.8 lbs

Poor Bella. She sounds very uncomfortable and although the signs are quite vague it is possible she has severe nausea and possibly a fever. I would recommend a full vet check to rule out an intestinal obstruction or pancreatitis given the degree of pain and wincing
