I am afraid this looks like a tumor or a big abscess. You will need to take Lola to your vet for an exam. Your vet will want to take a fine needle aspirate ( take some tissue to determine the nature of the mass) and possibly also want to send it in to a pathology lab to determine whether this is a benign or malignant mass which will need to be removed. Please schedule an appointment with your veterinarian soon.
