My dog has a rash around his groin. What is it and what should I do?

My German Shepherd has this rash around this private parts. Can you please help me identify what this is and what I can do? I just noticed today, I’m usually really good at finding things on my dogs, but I just didn’t think to look in the groin. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 8 months old | 110 lbs

Thank you for using pet coach. It appears Khan has some lesions in his inguinal/groin region. However it is really hard to tell in the picture if the red color is bruising. I would recommend taking Khan to the vet for a good physical exam. IF he has blood blisters/ bruising around this area I would be more concerned about a issue with bleeding. However, it the lesions are just irritated skin it could be a mild allergy or parasite like fleas causing abnormal skin. I hope that helps
