Why does my abandoned kitten have a big, swollen belly? Is it worms?

Hi. We found abandoned kittens very very younge. One seems to be weirdly shaped. The back of him like stomach area just seems bigger than it should be. I don’t know if something is wrong but the other kitten I have that’s a bit older by a few weeks about 3-4. Doesn’t have it. I just want to make sure he’s okay. Thoughts? It could be this kitten has a heavy intestinal worm burden, which would cause a distended stomach. Without seeing Pippin in person, however, I can't say for certain. I would take him into the vet today or tomorrow to get checked out. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
