I found 4 baby kittens they’re newborns eyes still closed & ears still flat. I’ve been feeding them the kitten replacer milk. I got from a pet store. 2 kittens passed away but I still have 2 left I’ve had them for 4 days 1 kittens eye is swollen I used a warm rag & held it to the eye & drained out all the puss I’m not sure if the infection will go away or be okay do I need any medication for the kitten?

Minx needs to see a vet immediately for this problem, he could have a severe eye infection that will not go away on it's own. In addition, leaving an eye infection untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take him into a vet now. Good luck with the two kittens, you are so lovely for taking care of them!
