My dog's eyes are swollen and gooey. Should I take her to the vet?

Hi there i went to see my dog dismorning to give her some breakfast and i notices her eyes have blown up abit and she has like some conjunctivitis type stuff in her eyes and its sticky with a fair ammount, i am wondering if i should take her to the vet at all? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 57 lbs

It could be that she has a serious eye infection, could have injured her eyes, or could have allergies causing these symptoms.
