My senior dog is not eating, weak, and not pooping. What should I do?

My Japanese Chin is 10 yrs old. He hasnt eaten anything in 4 days. He didnt drink for 3 but he has now been drinking for the past 2 days. He does pee but no poop. He doesnt walk right,his back legs give out on him and he sometimes just stands in one position for awhile and stares into space. He has also had flies around his backside. Without seeing Taz in person, I can't say if he's ready to die, but I can say it's quite serious that he hasn't eaten in four days. That's likely why he's not pooping. He could be in pain causing him to not eat and not walk correctly. He really needs to see a vet now, it would be cruel to leave him like this. Please take him into a vet immediately.
