My puppy has a soft, painless lump on his penis. Is it serious?

My 13 week old Mastiff has this soft lump attached to his penis area which pretty much appeared overnight. It doesn't seem to cause any pain or abnormal behavior. We will see the vet ASAP, just posting to maybe help ease my wife's concerns while we wait. Thanks! If we need to go in for an emergency, please advise. Sorry for posting again, my pictures didn't load the first time.

This looks like a little pimple or abscess. This is not a serious concern but should be examined by your veterinarian who may elect to lance it or just wait until it bursts by itself. Your vet may want to prescribe an antibiotic shampoo to keep further pus-filled "pimples" from appearing.
