Why does my pit bull have itchy bumps on her skin? Is it hives?

She is a 2 year old pit I got her from a shelter.She has the lump that has appeared and they're starting to gotcha little there not spreading.plz help. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 70 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. These look like hives. This is a common area for fleas so I’d do a flea treatment and then start some Benedryl. Call your vet or shelter for dosing. If they spread, do not decrease in 24 hours, her lips/face swell, she have vomiting or diarrhea, or ANY other concerning signs, you need to get her to the vet immediately, as these could be signs of life-threatening allergic reaction.
