so i recently adopted a female cockatiel and she was just fine, she can eat, drink,,sleep, etc. i also let her out of her cage so she can get used to her environment and i also noticed that she couldnt fly i tried to gently grab her one day then she started freaking out and to my surprise i saw blood splattered every where on the floor and wall and i dont know where the injury could be.

If she is actively bleeding and you cannot find the cause of the blood it is best to seek medical care immediately to have her examined and prevent bleeding out. It is possible she has broken a blood feather, and the feather will need to be removed to stop the bleeding.
