My found kitten has black diarrhea and won't eat. What should I do?

I found her in the street then I took it in and I want to know how old is she and if you can help me to take care of her i give her replacement milk by using a syringe but she doesn't want to drink and had diarrhea it was black colored

You need to take this kitten into a vet immediately. It's very serious that she has black colored diarrhea, which means there is digested blood in it. There is blood coming somewhere from her upper GI tract, and that is a medical emergency. She may be so sick from the bleeding causing her to not want to eat. She needs veterinary care right away.
